Your old intro meme looks pretty dead so I hope you don't mind a straight up intro post―

Hello! I am Espilan and I am bringing to you this little ball of sunshine and rainbows.

This is Mirys Hargrave, a FOnewearl from SEGA's Phantasy Star Online, though she has pretty much nothing to do with PSO's plot itself because reasons. The girl's had it pretty rough, so she's a bit of a jaded and cynical jerkass with a tendency to shove people away from her. She would have you believe that it's because she doesn't like people, but honestly she just doesn't want to let people get caught up in her problems and would rather suffer alone. (Good luck actually getting her to admit it.)

I've played her in games before, so for anyone interested I do have a post on her journal here with a handful of links to all of the usual OOC posts (and then some) as well as some off-site references.

Hunter Training Sign-Up

So! I'm sure some of you have seen the post on the main comm about the active Hunter training. Originally, I was just going to leave it open to those who have kept in contact with me on plurk as a reward, but I decided I'd go ahead and open it up to others here.

So if you'd like to take an active run through a stage and get permission to immediately sign up for a Hunter Unit once it's finished (assuming everything goes well enough), then post here! Just keep in mind that you must match at least one of these to be able to qualify:

ONE: You have been in Hunter Academy for at least a month.
TWO: You have threaded -- with either X or Zero -- and been told, ICly, that they would do something for you/see about getting you tested.
THREE: You have received permission from the owner personally -- that's me, Onyx -- to go ahead with it.

If any of these fit you, then go ahead and post with your character's name and I'll set up a section for you! If not, the next test is going up in September, so you can wait for then... or you can handwave it once you have been (active) in the Academy for a month!
